Udon Thani it’s a fairly large town in the north east of Thailand which I think is a very interesting place to visit.
This temple was discovered in the 1800s by the founder of the raffles hotel in Singapore. The temple was pretty much buried in volcanic debris since there are four volcanoes in the area. The theory is that people left this area because of the constant volcanic eruptions which made it unsafe
Pakse is a city in south of Laos which is fairly small but a very nice city to enjoy some relaxation and very close to Paksong, a center for coffee growing and tea plantations in Laos. You may not know this but Laos is very famous for coffee production and this area is famous For that since it has very productive volcanic soil. And this Monk from this temple is very famous for having certain magical powers which, according to one story, helped him evade captured by the French who occupied louse as a colony. Of course this month died over 100 years ago.
when in the south of Thailand it’s a good idea to not only visit Phuket but also the Phi Phi islands, islands surrounding those islands and also to the other side of Thailand to visit Koh Samui! Koh Panghan and Koh Tao
