Driving through Crete

if you really wanna see Crete you have to enjoy Driving through Crete In a rental car. Public transport is not going to get you around the island and it’s pretty easy driving with one exception. Some of the roads are very narrow and many of the roads in the villages and towns are the width for one car but it’s 2 way traffic. Most people are driving very slowly so it’s not a difficult place to drive. Just take your time and enjoy everything.

I didn’t know super Mario was living in the town of Heraklion Close to the airport.
You will see all sorts of wilderness and rockiness since this is a very dry part of the world but you can also enjoy the agricultural fields a lot planted with olives and grapes.
