“WAT” means “temple”, which this place is. Except for one figure which I went back and commented further on, all of the figures are the Buddha. The Buddha often appears as masculine and also more feminine showing the almost meaninglessness of gender. That is why many of the figures in the photos might seem more feminine than masculine.
